Medical Campus
The Medical Campus is a proposed commercial development composed of two buildings on a shared medical campus. The project incorporates an Outpatient Treatment Facility along with meeting and offices facilities in one building, while the second houses a medical office, along with three stand-alone storefronts.
A flexible approach to the spaces allows for multiple complementary tenants or a single tenant.
We worked with the developer to propose a flexible project for an intended end use tenant.
